Mold: The customer provides the product picture, our company designs the mold, manufactures the mold, provides samples for customer verification.
The mold is a cylinder core-pulling structure + a small position embedded in the core-pulling. Size: 350*550*420mm. Quantity: 2 sets, first injection molding ABS, then put the shell material into the mold and inject TPE soft glue.
Product: Production process: injection molding + UV oil spraying + laser engraving + silk screen printing, after the customer confirms OK, our company will produce and deliver according to the customer's order.
